Snatcher advertising inaccurate and replaced with substandard products

After receiving a substandard 8000mAh instead of 28000mAh mobile phone charger, ruining a birthday gift, it was picked up by Ram. A few days after I received a ****request from "Ram" for fees outstanding. This was a hoax, but the timing tells me my personal details were compromised. Between Ram and Snatcher, a ****mer got hold of my details and tried to ****** money from me. No investigation was launched after I informed and sent proof to Snatcher.

I was informed that I will be reimbursed, but as to date, no refund since November. On enquiry I was told my claim was sent to the relevant department for a refund, but no date was supp****.

I do not recommend any purchases from Snatcher due to further investigation, finding that quite a few products are not as advertised and after sales service is slow or non-existent.

My order number and reference supp**** by Snatcher has also been incorrectly captured, so I don't know what is going on.
