Snatcher

Order placed on 7 July 2024 and received the usual confirmation of order. Did not hear anything further so I queried the status on 18 July. No response so I followed up again on 22 July. Iwas informed that they were awaiting delivery of the item from the supplier. No further response so I followed up again on 27 and 30 July and received no response on either occasion. On 1 August I received a dispatch notification. Parcel was delivered on 5 August but 1 item was missing and the other item was not what was ordered. I queried this and was requested to send through some photos and videos which I did immediately. Since then I have received no further response. I followed up twice and still no response.
