Snatcher a ****!!!

I’m not giving this company any stars because they are useless and such an inconvenience! They ****med me out of my money and am still yet to receive my refund after purchasing through them! I didn’t get my purchase and for almost two weeks I have had to run after them with no success. All they are good at is apologising and making empty promises. It was my first time making an online purchase and I must say I will never look at it the same again! All I have asked for now is for them to refund my money and they’ve gone quiet. How does a company represent itself like that and conning people like that!!! I’m beyond disappointed!!!
