I twice recently placed orders with Snatcher online and still find them as a vendor that wants to improve the customer’s experience with them. keeping one up to date with delivery status can improve a bit especially if the 10 days to delivery deadline looms. Notwithstanding Snatcher remains on my shortlist of online stores
