SNATCHER

Ordered 10th April and paid by credit card. Did not receive confirmation. On 13th April contacted Snatcher and they informef me thst they never received payment. On the 18th forwarded my credit card statement which shows payment of R534.00. Thry in turn forwarded me a voucher for the amount which I in turn activated towards my order. Thereafter my order disappeared from their site. I have tried on more than 1 occassion to communicate with them. To date I have received no order and no response and I find this totally unacceptable.
