Order Number 370879 I order a Multi Functional Countertop Oven Online for R445.63 + Shipping R79.00 Total R524.63 20/03/2024 which they have advertised on their Website. When I received the Item it was a Toaster Oven and not the Item that I have Ordered and it looks different from the item which they have advertised as a Multi Functional Oven. I told them I was not happy with the item and it is not what I have ordered and they told me to returned the Item in the Original Box and Packing which I did. On 15/04/2024 I returned the Item to them with The Courier Guy and I paid the courier fee of R119.00 and a few days after that they confirmed to me that they have received the item and they will refund me the money. They asked me to forward my banking details to them and it will take 7 - 10 days to Refund me. Up to date I haven't received any refund yet and they just tell me every time I asked them and they said they will follow it up with their Accounts Department. It is more than 3 months now since I have returned the Item to them and still no Refund. I don't know what to do anymore. Magda Bezuidenhout ***
