After advertising a watch, I purchased one online. After 2weeks I followed up, only to be told they are out of stock. On 27 June I was offered an alternative or a refund. I asked for a refund. Since then I have sent multiple emails with no response. My emails have now been blocked. I sent requests for updates using Messenger, but no response. They have also blocked me on Messenger.
