Snatcher

I ordered a mini Air humidifier from snatchers 4 weeks ago got it worked for 30min and it went dead complained to the sent a courier to collect with out informing me, the came to collect it the next day. The after collecting it the never called me back had to email them to ask that is when they rep**** me to ask if I want a replacement I said yes until now the have not came back to me its a week now their service and customer service is flabergasting and I am p****d as we speak
