Snatcher

I ordered online from Snatcher on 11 June 2024. On 20 June 2024, after not hearing anything from the organisation, I wrote to them asking about my items. I was sent a standard reply about the turnaround time for local items, 5 - 8 working days. After not receiving my items, I sent another email and was told the same thing, 5 - 8 days or 10 - 12 days. It is now a month since I paid for the items and have not yet received them.

I even mentioned in my email why I stopped buying from them, i.e, because of their poor delivery time.

Since I bought a long time ago from them, I realised that I should not have bought from them again because of the above and because of the poor quality of their items

Never again Snatcher. In fact I have handed them over to my lawyers
