The delivery is a long wait, products do arrive broken or missing from order. Returns can be a nightmare, and they don't allow you to post a review on the product, that's sad, because some of their products are fairly a good buy and some just a waste of money. Customer services are also a long wait, for refunds. The delivery price has doubled in the last two months and the coupon they give you has a time limit of 24 hrs, which I personally feel that they applying pressure on you to pay to claim the discount. Overall I enjoy seeing all the mundane things they have to offer so you have to be a savvy shopper when purchasing from Snatcher, also be wary of the size and dimensions given, all is not what it seems.
