Snatcher 3rd return I received the 2nd replacement of the 5 panel heater this morning and unpacked it immediately. The one side was badly dented. I have photos of the heater and the box. I am now returning this heater for the 3rd time. The 1st time the heater packed up after a couple of days. The 1st replacement arrived with a broken wheel. The next replacement arrived with a badly dented side. I am sick of Snatcher and the defective products they supply and my recommendation to anyone and everyone is to never buy anything from Snatcher. I have been considerably inconvenienced with having to return these defective products time and again and then doing countless follow ups to try to find out what was going on. I needed a heater for winter, which is now over.
