Snatcher

I purchased an item on Snatcher and when i arrived found that it was not quite what i was hoping for. I booked a return and was told to ship the item back to Snatcher. I sent the item on the 8th December 2020 and it was delivered on the 10th of December as per their instruction. After various emails still no refund / credit. When you sent them an email it takes 3 to 4 days for them to answer.
