Snatcher

Horrible customer service . I ordered a few products on a saturday and did an eft the same day , it reflected the Monday or Tuesday , I phoned by wednesday and they informed me that the parcel would arrive between the Wednesday and Thursday . When I called the thursday they told me that the delivery guys hadnt even fetched the parcel yet and wouldnt be back to fetch any more orders (due to lockdown) . The people who answer the phones act as though your phone calls are a big inconvenience ,and it seems as though no one knows what they talking about ,this is definitley the LAST time I am using snatcher
