Snatcher

Having to deal with a company the size of Snatcher should be so easy, however as with most companies that size, it is nearly impossible. Having to deal with *********** people, people not knowing how to do their work is really frustrating. Which raises the question, is it really the people or the business owner not performing. I have been dealing with them for a couple of months and it would appear that on average you have to complain at least 3-5 times a month to get what you paid for. I am in the process of taking further steps against them, I am still waiting for the owner or senior manager to phone me about my problems, the only reply you get is sorry for the inconvenience and they will give me shop credit????? Not sure but as far as I am concerned Snatcher is no bank and can't give me my money bank neither interest that I am loosing. Honestly bad business practice and the owner or shareholders are loosing a lot of money due to the employees. Don't deal with them unless you want to strugle.
