Ordering and paying is quite easy the challenge is when they deliver incomplete orders and they don't communicate beforehand, you realize when you receive your order that its incomplete and you now have to prove by taking pictures of what was delivered and what is missing only then you get told that they are out off-stock,

Tell customers when you pack their order that there are items that are out stock and give them an option to choose if they'll like to replace the item don't assume that they'll like to get a store credit, update your website not to list things that are out off-stock.

I always order online and there are companies that calls you as soon as they realize that they are out stock for an item that you ordered.
