Snatcher

I had a very bad experience with my first delivery which took almost 3 weeks to get to me. Dealing with the customer service agents was a nightmare as they told me my parcels were delivered and yet I only received one delivery. I was beginning to get very agitated as knew I had not received it. The online (Faraad)agent was the only person who knew what he was taking about and assisted me. For me this was a bad experience for my first purchase. I have placed another order now and hope there is going to be no drama
