Snatcher

I bought a Fine Living Mirror Shoe Cabinet - 3+2 Tier for R1,079.00 from Snatcher in early October 2022.

I emailed them the same day after realising that I chose the incorrect color. They rep**** and confirmed that they will give me the color I meant to chose.

On 18 October 2022, two boxes were delivered of the shoe cabinet that I ordered.

I finally opened the boxes one Saturday, a couple of weeks later. Upon assembling the 2x boxes, I noticed that the items were incomplete and I could not put the shoe cabinet together.

I then emailed Snatcher and in turn they asked me for pictures which I sent them. They then arranged for collection and the boxes and two hundred pieces of what was sent to me was collected by Snatcher.

Fast forward, January 2023, I follow up with them etc and on 23 January 2023, I receive an email from them advising that "supplier they advised that the item is out of stock and they could not find the missing parts".

And then I see the same item advertised by them on 23/01/2023. I email them and they come back to me saying "Please be advised our Marketing team will update our website" and "Please be advised we were communicating directly with the supplier , they do not have the item at the moment".

Also, the picture that I was sent by Snatcher, indicates that all the other colors are sold out except for the grey, which I ordered.

I am so disappointed by Snatcher.

I was really looking forward to the shoe cabinet.
