The service is appalling. Ordered an item in October. Payment was made. No feedback as to whether they got the product or not . Up until yesterday found out that the item ordered was cancelled without notifying me . This item was for a birthday and I am really disgusted and disappointed at this type of service. I am still waiting for my refund which I requested and still no reply...
