Snatched by Snatcher!

I rarely have an issue with Snatcher but in this instance I feel like it’s been such a difficult process to get an order and take it back and get a refund.

My order number is 371139 placed on the 21st March and fulfilled on the 15th of April 2024

Received a faulty item took it back to snatcher. Asked for replacement consultant was mum then asked for a refund and provided banking details as instructed. Now I’m being given the run around regarding refund delays! What bull! They have breached their own 7 day refund policy but are unable to give me a real update on why I’m not being refunded. It’s looking very ****my and I will no longer support this business and ensure I tell everyone around me.
