Snatche online - wrong Item delivered. No refund

I am very disappointed with Snatcher online. I ordered a pair of heavy duty innersoles for my husbands shoes. On their site it states that the innersoles are Uni***, so you can not order via male/female or size. When my parcel arrived they send me a women size 4-7. I contacted them via email, and they rep**** that they can not replace it. And if I want to send it back, it will be for my own cost (courier). So it will cost me R120 to send back an item I bought for R79 with courier cost of R120. So at the end I will pay for something I don't have at the cost of R319. I cancelled my subscription with them and will never use them again
