Snatch your money and cannot deliver. Close down!

Clearly this company has a serious problem with service delivery but no issue with taking peoples money. Their never updating people on the order. Cannot deliver within 5 to 10 business days for a local business. Parcels from China come through faster . They have the nerve to tell me that I will be charged a 15% cancellation fee when the order was never updated or dispatched within their delivery scale. Then they do not have stock of a specific product. All they can say is they apologize for not communicating. Utter **** and by far the worst online site. Due to their lack of intelligence I will take this further. The business doesnt even respond so now they will have to respond when they have cases logged against them.
