“Snatch” my money.

Unfortunately a business I would avoid! Place an order on the 10th July; never arrived. Only upon me initiating contact, did I find out that they could not supply me with what I had ordered. I was offered an alternative but declined as it was not what I wanted. Thereafter, I requested a refund and was told it would take 7 days to refund. Needless to say, I am still waiting. I have followed up via email however there has been no reply. Have not decided to escalate the issue to the Consumer Protection Commission.
