Snail Pacers these guys!

There is absolutely nothing positive I am going to write about this shop. It has been frustrating me from the onset of my purchase till now as I am writing this review. They take forever to reply to emails, one lady I spoke to was impatient with me not giving me a chance to explain, instead she would interrupt me as I talk, worse part they inform you in the last minute when they don't have stock and take another century to respond to your email concerning the alternative. I have never been so frustrated by an online shop like Snatcher, they must learn from takealot on how to prioritize on customer satisfaction!!!...I am so disgusted!
