Snacher never refunds and *****s your money

If I could rate less than one star I would. They canceled my order on 10th of July 2024 without notifying me . I ordered the product on the 5th of June 2024. Every-time I contact them regarding my refund I get some story of they will look into it or they would reply within 48-hour. They never do! I once got hold of a real person Tashriek Rustin a Customer Support Agent but its always the same answer about a delay in accounts due to backlogs with refunding. What is going on at that company that they just rob people blindly. Horrible service. Beware from buying from them.
