Snacher BAD SERVICE!!!!

I am so disappointed in this company.Placed an order since the 29th March and I received an email on the 9th that it has been dispatched. Today is the 11th and still no delivery,Mind you I am in Gauteng.Called their line and was told that Courier Guy company lost the parcel.I now have to wait for another week in order to get my parcel. Worse part no one was ever going to inform me had I not made a follow up. I will no longer buy here again and will inform friends and colleagues.
