Slow in refunds
I had two orders placed at Snatcher. One was partially fulfilled, and I received the R49 refund in December. The second order could not be supp****, and it was for R341.00. Now I received another refund of R49.00 instead of the R341.00. I have messaged them already on Thursday and am still waiting for a reply.
Not sure what their problem is.
