Slow delivery

Order took very long up to delivery, no movement on tracking system for days. I had to follow up twice re my order. When it eventually came, 2 items were missing. Once again I had to follow up, then it was said the item is out of stock. So no proactive behavior from Snatcher side, always the customer to enquire first.
