Slow delivery and low quality items

Delivery is a long wait and items are mostly in plastic bags. Items were delivered in 2 batches which I was not informed of. The 2nd delivery was by rude Buffalo who likes to throw the items on the ground. I won't order from Snatcher again, it is just not worth it and items are not good value. Items in plastic bags don't have instructions either.
