Slow delivery

It is now 15 business days since my order - their website says 7 to 10 or 12. I see that there are other complaints about slow delivery from Snatcher and I am now concerned as they give a very generic response to my queries. They remind me of their delivery period but obviously don't even look to see that my order has already exceeded that time. Only now after my 4th query have they queried this with their supplier. ***
