Slow and False Advertising

For having such a competitive online platform, an item taking 7-10 working days to be delivered is not great. But even worse is when your lamp finally gets delivered it's the incorrect style, also the Specification online indicates a bulb but no bulb included. An email response to rectify takes another 8 days where I'm told to re-box the item and print a waybill for collection and then 5 days later they collect it and now I've been waiting a week since collection and they're still busy processing an exchange. You guys are unapologetically slow and I will definitely not be choosing to shop with you again.
