Since I ordered a headboard on 17th February 2024, no delivery

Since I ordered a headboard on 17th February 2024, no delivery. I only got a message on 22nd February that my order has been packed and waiting for pickup by Courier Guy. There is no means of tracking the order online. You can't even call them. I am very disappointed.
