Shockingly terrible customer service and theft of my money!!

I ordered a unit which I was eventually told was not available almost a week after I paid for it. They asked if I wanted a refund or another option. I opted for the refund. It’s now been almost 3 weeks since that refund was promised back and not one person will reply to my emails asking where my refund is and you cannot even call them as that service is not available. As far as this stands, it’s theft! Absolutely shocking online shopping experience.
