Shocking treatment over their mistake

I have been buying from Snatcher for a long time now without a problem but I received the wrong item from them a week ago. I wrote to them including photos showing their error but It appears they are not interested in giving me any service as my emails are now being ignored & nothing is being done about replacing with the correct items or issuing a refund.
