SHOCKING SERVICE

I purchased and paid for bedding advertised through Snatcher on 13 June 23. After 2 weeks I emailed them regarding delivery - as I have not had any communication from them since 13th June - only to be told they do not have stock of the items I ordered! I then asked them to refund me my money - they said it takes up to 7 working days to refund. It is the 26th July today and I still don't have my refund yet! I can only email them again (which I did yesterday) and have still not received any acknowledgement or refund today. This is shocking service!
