Shocking / Poor Service!!

Another shocking online company that has no phone customer care line.. only emails now.. Order has been ready since 10 December and still waiting for the "courier" to collect it.. This is totally unacceptable. Last time i place an order with this company...

You need to seriously IMPROVE your customer service and delivery aspects if you wish to compete these days.. why not have a collection option??
