Shocking experience

Placed order and one half of the order never arrived with no notification advising me. I am still trying to get my refund. On the portion that did arrive, they are faulty and did not work so now I’m returning them - customer care is shocking and I will not be ordering from them again. Just not worth the disappointment or frustration.
