Shocking experience

Terrible service received. Placed an order and paid for it, two weeks passed and I followed up on my order only to be told the one item was out of stock. Patiently waiting for my refund… other items were delivered, the one item was broken in half. Trying to get it returned is a joke…they want to charge a fee on an item that they clearly broke. Save yourself the frustration and order from a reputable company.
