Shocking delivery times and still no refund

My delivery took over 3 weeks, only to be told at the end that there's 2 items out of stock, after I followed up numerous times.

I'm still waiting for a refund for the items out of stock, 2 weeks later. Their supposed turnaround time is supposed to be 7 days.

Don't waste your time ordering from Snatcher.
