Shocking customer service

I placed an order with Snatcher on 29 June 2023. To date, I have had no communication about my order. I was told the turnaround time is 7-10 working days. I have sent 3 emails and even tried to call the number on Google. You get an answering machine saying "Due to the nature of our business we do not accept incoming calls", that is completely ridiculous. I have ordered with them before and while their turnaround time is slower than most places I have never had an issue. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated, I cannot get hold of them. I ordered a migraine cap which is needed for medical reasons. Their customer service is shocking, I have received no response to all 3 emails. I now have to drive to the office to find out what is going on with my order.
