SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst company to deal with, have been trying to locate my order since Monday with a similar email response every time. Tracking says order already collected. I just need the updated tracking information from them or Parcel Ninja, I keep asking where my order is and I keep getting a link with the same tracking information as above. Worst thing is, they have a contact number which does not allow for customers to phone them. Infuriating to say the least!!!!
