Shocking customer service

Customer Service is non existent.I placed an order on the 8th January 2023 and to date I have not received it.Cannot communicate with anyone telephonically and when sending query via website, I was sent a tracking number for their shipping company which tells me the products arrived in SA on the 17th January.After numerous request for an update on the website eventually got a response on the 21st Feb stating "Thank you so much for your patience, We really do apologies for the delay in your order, Have a blessed day" Really useless!!!
