Shocking!!!

Snatcher is terrible with customer care, on the 19th of November I purchased products from them, on the 25th half of my order arrived and it wasn't even the correct order some items are not what I ordered, and the big ticket item that I ordered that was over R2000 didn't arrive, when I sent them a email because you can't call them, I got a response with a Buffalo Logistics tracking number THAT DOESN'T EVEN WORK!!!! I then sent another email to them to ask what is going on because they never told me they didn't have that product in stock and that it's coming from China, which could take 2month to arrive. Also I would have ordered it my self from shopshipshake for a cheaper price. Also no feedback on the incorrect items that they sent me. NO FEEDBACK ON ANYTHING!!!
