Shocking after service and solution management to fautly products and refund!

Wow, looking at these comments, I could just copy and paste so many of them! One would think they would value the customers feedback and learn from it! But the lack of after service is absolutely shocking and to have no contact number available to talk to someone! I am surprised this company is still operating as I will not recommend or buy again. I am still sitting with a product that does not work and waiting for something to be done about it! I am guessing a refund will be just as long winded, I guess you got the customers money, so game over for us???
