Shocked and appalled! Don't use this company!!!

I have had the worst service and experience from this company. I received a faulty device that they claim to have fixed, I asked for a refund but was not afforded one. Then after claiming to fix the product they expected me to pay for the courier service a second time to get it back to me. Disgusting.
