Shady Snatcher

According to the Snatcher delivery process, Day 1 is the day the order is placed and payment is made. As such, Day 1 was 9 August. Order delivery is between 7 - 10 days depending on location (I am a few km from the Snatcher office!). Today is day 8. Important to note that Snatcher DOES NOT count weekends, so I am into Week 2 of waiting. I logged a request on the system - supposed response within 48 hours - but still waiting, so I called this morning. Was told Day 1 is only from Day 2?!?!? (Great to reinvent your processes as you please!). And I should have my order by next week!! So I'm literally waiting - If I'm lucky - a MINIMUM of 10 days. Your process needs to be more transparent, Snatcher!! Don't claim 7 - 10 days when I live down the road from you and you can't even get my stuff to me in a timely manner. This has, essentially, taken a full 2 WEEKS for delivery. Next time, I'll just go to Makro and buy the items! You are not convenient! Your service has deteriorated! No communication from Snatcher, nothing! But you have my payment, so why should you worry...
