Shady business practices

It appears that this is not a good company to deal with. I paid R469 for an item an received a store credit because it was apparently out of stock. I subsequently used R79 of my store credit. I have just been informed on their chat that a credit voucher can only be used once. I have in effect lost R390 to this company.
