Service very poor

Service very poor. I bought the Blender and received my order on the 22 February 2024. The Blender is cracked. I send the email to Snatcher and the pictures. They responded after 2 days that they will arrange the transport to come and collect the Blender. I waited, transport never came, no update, no communication. I send email again for the second time. The lady from customer care, Linda Ndlovu promised that the transport will come. Nothing happened again. On the 29th I called, then they told me again that the transport will come. Till today I'm still waiting. I'm stuck with the Blender that is not working and I paid for it. I should have known and bought it somewhere else. I'm tired with the lies, now I'm going to take this matter to my lawyer. How could they do this to the customers?
