Service Poor

Confirmed order on the 18 March to date nothing received. Followed up several times and get only the standard mail saying we take 5 to 10 working days. This company does not take your order seriously. The customer should not have to be the one following up on late orders. Snatcher these are your couriers and you should provide feedback on late orders. I now have a tracking number but that does not help as it has the same status for 6 days.
