Service -plenty of room to improve

The service takes too long and you cant track your parcels .They take long to respond on emails at times' received an item without a battery, send it back a week ago and yet I do not know where I stand with regards to that. I keep getting the same response from the same guy, but no definite answer. All I want is for them to send me what I ordered-all of it and to speed up their tracking and deliver system
