Service levels have gone downhill recently

I placed an order with them, but it took incredibly long and the order was split into 2 deliveries. One of the items in the first part was DOA and the second part was missing an item. It has taken almost 2 months and I haven't even been refunded for the broken and missing items yet. Their service used to be excellent but I can't honestly recommend them anymore.
